I ordered these boots the Tuesday before the much anticipated snowstorm of the east coast area. I received them as promised from seller, Shoemania, on Thursday which was a pleasant surprise. I cannot speak to the previous reviewer's difficulty with the Pajar Luv boot, except perhaps they were defective or she should have ordered a half size larger as I did due to the plush lining....but I am in love again with a another Pajar product! Coming from the midwest(Chicago)and spending numerous winters in MA, I cannot give higher praise for the thermal insulation and waterproof dependability of Pajar's workmanship. The traction on the boot gave me sure footing in 24" of snow and an ice accumulation underneath it all. Similar to Goretex and Timberland products in quality, and superior to UGG in waterproof properties, Pajar is the best!

The only problem I noted was the original Pajar box which came damaged. A comment I posted to their sales department was answered before noon the next day, demonstrating the wonderful customer service Amazon has always exemplified with all my purchases. I give praises where praises are due and look for resolutions when my hard earned dollars are misspent. Kudos Shoemania, you rock!

A few weeks before I bought the boots my girlfriend from Canada was sporting pajar tall shearling boots and I knew I had to get a similar pair for the Northeast weather. I will admit the first couple of times I put on the shoe it was pretty difficult to get them from digging and scratching the upper part of the heel. I had to step/dance into them for a couple of tries and they now shape my feet after 3X wear. A great investment for the winter/wet weather!

I was really excited for these boots because they are so cute, but once I got them on, the back of the boot was digging into the back of my heel. They're pretty rigid and not comfortable.
